This is how I feel today, standing tall with others around me, wondering what to do, looking all directions. I love the confusion of this image. Flamingos are such odd looking creatures, but yet they are loved in most places! (I took this at the bird park in Singapore).

My workplace had such a shake up yesterday. I kept my job, but many around me didn’t. There are people here today putting on brave faces, looking this way and that, but will they be here tomorrow? I have to lead the way for those of us left. Be the one to rise above and point in the positive direction. But it’s hard sometimes to take the lead when you really just want to be a follower.
